INGREDIENTS

4 eggs

1 2/3 cups sugar

1 cup crisco

15oz can pumpkin puree

2 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin-flavored extract (optional)
Cream Cheese Frosting

8 oz cream cheese (softened)

1/2 cup sweet cream butter (softened)

3 cups confectioners' sugar
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Pumpkin Bars
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Add dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl
3. Add wet ingredients into a large bowl and mix well
4. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients
5. Spread batter into an ungreased 10x15 jelly roll pan
6. Bakes at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes
Cream Cheese Frosting
1. Mix butter and cream cheese until it is blended
2. Mix in vanilla and salt
3. Add in confectioners' sugar and beat at a low speed for 30 seconds
4. Scrap the bottom of the mixing bowl then continue beating at a high speed for 2 minutes
